Instructions:
It is the simple infusion of the husk left behind after the cacao beans have been roasted, cracked and winnowed.
1. Add 2 Tbsp of cacao husk into an infuser or french press.
2. Pour in 1 cup of boiling water.
3. Allow the tea to steep for 5 minutes.
For a darker brew, allow to steep for an additional 2-3 minutes.
4. To elevate this delicious drink to the next level, add milk, cream, honey, maple syrup or spices.
5. Enjoy it hot or cold.
