All we want for Christmas… is you! This Christmas Eve, we are throwing our first holiday AND two years of Delavoye Chocolate celebration together, both of which we would love to spend with you! While Christmas is for family and friends, we wanted to put together something for everyone away from family or home to celebrate our favourite winter holiday together. There will be a live jazz band, amuse-bouches, apéro and chocolate of course! It is going to be a special evening consisting of Christmas movies, photobooths, and maybe even a hot chocolate mix station.

Step inside Delavoye Chocolate Maker after hours for an intimate 45-minute journey into the world of bean-to-bar chocolate. Limited to 8 guests, this evening experience begins with A behind the scenes TOUR for a close-up look at how cacao beans are crafted into chocolate.
After the tour, settle in with a decadent chocolate dessert paired with a soothing cacao husk tea, while we share stories about our craft and philosophy. On select evenings, you may even be among the very first to taste our latest chocolate and pastry creations.

During this 90-minute event, we will explore 5 wines from SIP LIQUOR MARKET on 124 Street, paired with 5 of our single-origin chocolate. Throughout the evening, our passionate chocolate maker - Antoine Lavoie - will guide you through our selected chocolate-wine flight whilst giving insights on both products, including how chocolate is MADE.
