Instructions:
1. Add 2 Tbsp (20g) of brewing cacao into an infuser or french press.
2. Pour in 1 cup of boiling water.
3. Allow the brewing cacao to steep for 5 minutes.
4. Pour it into a cup and add milk & maple syrup. Or, be creative and add what you desire.
5. Enjoy it hot or cold.
For a cold cacao brew, mix 80g of cacao brew with 160 crushed coffee bean in 1.6 kg of water and let steep for 24 hours in the refrigerator.
Filter and add milk and maple syrup.
Cacao brew is not coffee and it is not hot chocolate but it is an amazing alternative to coffee that can be served hot or cold. We recommend adding a splash of milk and some maple syrup to create the perfect drink.
