Our exclusive small-batch Japanese whisky dark chocolate takes you on a journey of rich, nuanced flavours. We began by gently roasting cacao beans from Vietnam’s Dak Lak region to enhance their natural complexity. These cacao nibs were then immersed in the bold essence of Nikka Coffey Grain Whisky for two months, absorbing the whisky’s distinct character. The result is a chocolate with layered notes of deep oak, smooth whisky, and hints of dried fruit, delivering an exceptional tasting experience.
